1. Your baby's full name. The full name so I know which order to put the initials, or in First-Last-Middle order. If you want names on them just leave that as well.

2. The font you want, if you can't decide send me some you'd like to see and I'll make a sample page :)

3. Thread color, if you're not sure I can send you some options!

4. If you choose Satin Laces what color you are wanting. I can send you my choices.
